Jack said in The last of the Timelords episode that when he was younger everyone used to call him the face of Boe, is it? could it be? Jack the Face of Boe. Well the Doctor couldn't quite believe it anyway as Jack choose to go back to his team in Cardiff the Doctor and Martha just laugh it off, well of course i found it absolutely hilarious. But we will soon find out as sometime in the new Torchwood series Jack somehow goes back to his childhood to see his past (like the Doctor suggested) so that's bound to be when we find out if he really is the Face of Boe or not, he must manage to get his time watch (space hopper) to work again i reckon. Anyway until then who knows??.....

If Jack somehow goes back to his childhood to see his past, that may not shed any light on the "to-Boe-or-not-to-Boe" (apologies to Bill Shakespeare) issue since if Jack does become (note future tense) the Face-of-Boe then that will be in Jack's future.
